If You Need to Cancel Before June 6, 2025
We understand that life happens and plans sometimes change. If you need to cancel 6+ months before the retreat, we’ll retain $500 of your deposit (or $500 of what you’ve paid so far). The rest will be refunded to you, or—if you prefer—applied as a credit toward a future retreat.

If You Need to Cancel On or After June 6, 2025
Because we’re less than 6 months out, it’s very difficult for us to fill your spot. In this case, your $1,000 deposit (or $1,000 of what you’ve paid) will be non-refundable. Any additional payments you’ve made may be carried forward as a credit toward our next retreat.

If Your Room Is No Longer Available 
If you make a deposit for a room that is no longer available, you will have the option of choosing another room or receive a refund of your deposit, minus a $17 processing fee.

Payment Plans
After completing your deposit, you will receive a link to pay your remaining balance in a 3 month payment plan or make your payment in full. Please note, all payments must be completed by October 1, 2025 or 2 months prior to the retreat start date, so if you register less than 3 months prior to the retreat, you will be asked to complete your remaining balance in a single payment.
